We believe everyone should have the opportunity to succeed. So when CoAct and The Apprenticeship Community asked us to illustrate how they assist hiring women into non-traditional trades, we were excited to head to the dusty mines of Perth.

We adopted a nimble, cinéma vérité-like approach, embracing natural light and minimal production design. As this was to attract both future employers and apprentices, we engaged award-winning writer and musical comedian, Ally Morgan to deliver an impassioned voice-over, rallying for change.
