Earning while you’re learning while gaining real world experience in a government agency sounds almost too good to be true. But the NSW Government plans to make this a reality for young people and school leavers with the 1,000 NSW Public Sector Apprentices and Trainees Program. It also allows the NSW public sector to address skills shortages across NSW, a win-win for everyone. 

The Department of Education came to us with a brief to create a video series targeting both future trainees and apprentices as well as government agencies, showing them the vast benefits of the program, with a focus on IT traineeships. To engage with both audiences we created fit for purpose social content. Think quick, TikTok style edits to speak to potential trainees and apprentices, and a slower paced, informative edit speaking to government agencies.
